This is a free program offered by the library for several weeks in the summer to encourage reading.

Our goals are to:

Motivate children and adults to read with a focus on children’s activities
To develop positive attitudes about reading and books
To enable children to maintain their reading skills during summer vacation
To encourage regular use of the library
To encourage families to read together
To offer experiences through which children can learn to work cooperatively
