The North Sioux City Community Library continues their 1000 books before kindergarten program. The objective of this program is to promote reading to newborns, infants, and toddlers and to encourage parent and child bonding through reading. Come check out how you and your child can participate. A reward system is in place to encourage continued participation. When the final level has been attained a medal and certificate are given to commemorate your accomplishment.
